How to get to Antiparos...

To get to Antiparos you must first reach Paros island by airplane (there are frequent flights from Olympic Airlines during summer time) or by boat from Piraeus or Rafina harbour

Frequent routes service the increased demand during high season. The ferries to Paros departure from the port of Piraeus and Rafina. Duration is 2 hours and 45 minutes with a high speed boat (cost about 35.00 Euros per person) and 4 hours and 45 minutes with a normal boat (cost about 18.00 Euros per person).

There are two ways to get to Antiparos from Paros.

The first is to take the caique (small boats) which you can find on your left as you disembark to Paros. During season time (June - September) there are everyday routes, starting early in the morning until 10 pm, (trip duration is 30min). During the rest of the year there are less or no routes, mainly in daytime.

The second is to drive to Pounda, 7 km from Parikia, or use the local bus or taxi (tel 22840-21500) from the harbour to get you there. The are continuous routes in season time, and at daytime the rest of the year. This is the only way to get a car or motorcycle to Antiparos, (trip duration is 8min).

There are no taxis in Antiparos, but you can use the local bus to get to the cave, Soros and Aghios Georgios villages (11 kms).
